OK, I knew the house was bad, but this is the limit. I have lost a chest of drawers. About waist high, the top about 3' by 2', on fancy curved legs with a wavy front, painted gold, with two full width drawers and two half-width drawers. Answers to the name Alice. Last spotted behind the computer table with the printer on it. I went to look for something in the drawers, and it's not there. I remembered that I moved the chest out in order to put in a bookcase to hold the programs & manuals, but I don't know where the chest went to. I have looked all over. It has to be in the house -- I wouldn't have put it outside. Besides, there is nowhere to put it. My best guess is that it got backed up against a wall somewhere and had boxed piled on top of and in front of it. I'm just going to have to start diging through boxes trying to find it.

*Sigh* This is ridiculous -- things have to change. I can't keep living like this.

We've lived like that before. In fact, we are still unpacking boxes that haven't been opened in ten years or more. I can empathize with you.

Have you checked your purse? My wife has a factory knockoff of Mary Poppins' own purse; surely there must be other copies floating around out there.
